Each Deep Dive session starts from a concrete problem definition of the organization. On day 1, you and the team will map both the current and the desired situation, as well as the obstacles and critical success factors for achieving that desired situation.
On day 2, the character traits of the team will be discussed in more detail and a number of scenarios will be worked out in detail.
